By using VinciNFT (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the bot and block it in Telegram.

1. What the Service is

VinciNFT aggregates publicly available NFT market data from OpenSea and pushes notifications to subscribers via a Telegram bot. It is free, provided as-is, and intended for informational purposes only.

2. No investment advice

Nothing posted by the Service constitutes financial, legal or investment advice. Floor prices, sales, and wallet activity shown are estimates derived from third-party APIs and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or wrong. Do your own research. Any action you take based on data seen here is entirely at your own risk.

3. No guarantees

The Service is offered on a best-effort basis. We make no guarantees of uptime, latency, data accuracy, or notification delivery. We may throttle, pause, or permanently shut down the Service at any time without notice.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to abuse the bot (flooding, scraping, spam, RCE attempts, etc.). Abusive UIDs may be permanently blocked.
• Do not resell or redistribute our push data as a paid service without prior written consent.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Trademarks

Collection names, logos and images referenced on this site belong to their respective owners (Yuga Labs, Pudgy Penguins, Proof etc.). They are used here only to identify the collections you chose to monitor.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VinciNFT and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or data errors.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” timestamp above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
